And now? She’s the founder of her own agency, helping others find their footing in the remote work world.

In our conversation, she shared what it was like hiring others for remote roles while commuting daily from Laguna to Makati. Eventually, she asked herself, “Why not me too?” So she took the leap, left her managerial post, and started working from home.
