Why now? Why, after all these years, am I finally committing to this? With everything I have on my plate – work, family, responsibilities.. why am I adding another thing?

The truth is, this isn’t just an idea I came up with recently. This has been on my heart for years. That nagging feeling, that deep sense of wanting to contribute, to help, to share knowledge and experience, it has never gone away.

I’ve wanted to create this platform for so long, but life kept pulling me in different directions. Every time I tried to start, something major happened.

• • When my mom was diagnosed with cancer, I had to pause everything and be there for her.
  • After she passed, I tried again, but my responsibilities at the university needed my full attention.
  • When that chapter ended, I had to step up for my younger sibling, ensuring I provided for him.
  • Then came another season. I got married, had a baby, and naturally, my focus shifted.
  • During the pandemic, I struggled on my own, reassessing everything.
  • In 2023, I finally finished my VA Starter Kit, thinking this was the year I’d go all in
  • Then in early 2024, I lost everything. My work files, my business assets, my professional projects, even my personal files were wiped out.

It was heartbreaking. I had to start from scratch, slowly piecing things back together.

But through all these ups and downs, one thing never changed:

That pull in my heart telling me – you need to do this.

And now , I’m doing it.

Why Now? Why Not Before?
