When I was choosing the title for my podcast, I thought long and hard about it.

Ang daming ideas na pumasok sa isip ko… something catchy, something professional, something inspiring. 

But at the end of the day, I went back to one simple truth: I am living my dream because of the VA and remote work career I chose more than 15 years ago. 

This is not just a cute title. It’s my life story. 

When I started my VA journey, I was unsure, scared, and had nothing but faith and a laptop. 

It wasn’t glamorous. 

It wasn’t even popular yet sa Pilipinas noon. 

But because I took the leap, because I said yes to a new kind of career, everything changed. 

Because of remote work:

• I was able to put myself through further education and finish important milestones.
• I was able to help my mom and younger brother financially, to give them opportunities and comfort I once only dreamed of.
• I got to travel! Not for work na kailangan ko iwan ang pamilya ko, but with work alongside me. (Kasi nga, when your office is your laptop, the world is your office.)
• I was able to invest in tools, in assets, in things that built not just my lifestyle, but my stability.
• I supported my hubs when he started his business from scratch.
• And now, the biggest blessing? I get to be present for my son. I get to work and earn without missing out on the moments that matter most: the milestones, the memories, the quiet everyday things.

That’s why Live Your Dream isn’t just a podcast title for me.

It’s a promise.

It’s a reminder that you can build the life you dream of even if you start small, even if you’re scared, even if the world says otherwise. 

And it’s not just about money. 

It’s about freedom. 

It’s about purpose. 

It’s about being fully present for yourself, for the people you love, for the life you want to create.
